Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.

We deliver within the European Union, Norway (except Bouvet Island, Svalbard & JanMayen), Liechtenstein and Iceland. National territories outside the customs territory of the European Union may be excluded from shipment.

Within Germany, a flat rate of 4.90 euros is charged for shipping. Shipping is free for orders over 200 euros. 

Outside Germany, the flat rate for shipping is 14.99 euros. For deliveries to certain overseas territories (e.g. Spain/ Canary Islands), as well as Norway and Liechtenstein, the flat shipping rate is 29.99 euros.

The flat rate shipping fee includes the statutory value added tax. As the VAT on the flat rate shipping fee is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the flat-rate shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot become higher in the process, but only lower in your favour.

The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping basket system and on the order page. 

There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).
